Microaire – PAL
Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL) devices use power supplied by an electric motor or compressed air to produce either a rapid in-and-out movement or a spinning rotation of an attached liposuction cannula.
The removal process itself is the same as that used in traditional liposuction. PAL allows the surgeon a greater deal of control on how quickly fat is removed. Clinical evidence and surgeon feedback indicate that PAL is less traumatic to patients and more effective at removing fat accurately form certain areas.
